Pet Policy

Deposit

A security deposit of $250 per pet is required.

Base Pet Fee

The base pet fee is $35 per month per pet.

Front De-Clawing Fee

Cats that are not front de-clawed require an additional $15 per month.

Spaying/Neutering Fee

Dogs and cats not spayed/neutered require an additional $25 per month

Age-Related Fees

Dogs and cats under 1 year old require an additional $25 per month, until they reach 1 year of age.

Dogs of mixed breeds that encompass any restricted breeds are prohibited. Additionally, there is a maximum weight restriction of 100 pounds.

We accommodate a maximum of two pets per unit.
